Tension of material is controlled automatically and mechanically.
• Packing is to be done by four sides sealing and setting can be made for sealing temperature and time required based on different materials, so sealing can be done satisfactorily.
• Sealing and cutting, etc. are done by push- punch- type cutter.
• Material feeding is controlled by servo motor which also makes it easy to set up the length of the packing paper.
• Positioned cutting can be done after the printing mark detected by sensor of photoelectric.
• Machine will automatically stop as soon as running out of material is detected by auto sensor.
• Machine designed in upright position to facilitate the operating for production. And it is easy to change for making different specification of products and also very easy to do regular maintenance.
