Agnitio BioIC System includes Agnitio BioIC analyzer and Agnitio BioIC pumping machine that cooperate with LabIT TM software and Agnitio Allergen Specific IgE Detection Kit to perform the blood allergen specific IgE assay.

Agnitio BioIC assay is an in vitro test, which provides semi quantitative measurement of circulating allergen specific IgE antibodies in human serum. The BioIC assay is intended to assist in the clinical diagnosis of IgE-mediated allergic disorders.

The BioIC System utilizes a microfluidic cartridge to perform an automated ELISA reaction.
Each cartridge contains an array of microfluidic pumps and valves, a microfluidic channel network, reagent storage reservoirs, a protein microarray reaction zone, and a waste storage reservoir. All reagents are pumped from their respected reservoirs into the reaction zone containing a protein microarray in order to carry out a multiplexed ELISA reaction with chemiluminescence based detection. Results are captured simultaneously and data analysis is performed by the LabIT TM software.
